SIGMA Clermont is a French graduate engineering school under the authority of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. The school aims to train engineers and PhD students, perform research in close collaboration with economic and industrial partners and favour innovation through technology transfer towards companies. The school has 950 engineering students in three training programmes, and awards degrees to 280 engineers each year; they are experts in Chemistry, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, and are capable of rapidly applying their skills to the needs of the companies that recruit them. The school also has a preparatory programme in chemistry in collaboration with the Gay-Lussac Federation.
